Every Move Out experience is curated to safely acknowledge and evict emotional threats that thwart healing.

On August 10th, from 4-7p, Anxiety is next in line for an eviction and you’re invited to participate in an immersive album listening experience. Our next event takes us to a private (and I mean private) location shaded with lush greenery and orchestrated with songs from feathered friends. The scene that inspired the creation of a musical improvisation in tandem with the birds, leaves, and wind. “A Place Called Okay” is 41 minutes of a call to self and the release of anxiety. We welcome you to have the first listen before it enters the world August 15th.

Design your release!

The Move Out is all about having a personal experience within a community of people. As we exit the album listening session, you’ll be guided through a relaxing body scan to ease you into zones curated to support your release. We encourage you to bring a journal and pen of your own, but if you’re new to journaling, we gotchu covered. Blankets, water bottles, crystals, fidgets, are all welcome too.

“I imagined a place. That cradled me in sound and color therapy, hydrated me with pure ingredients, stimulated my bones to move, and enveloped me with healing hands. But ultimately a place, that reminded me that I have the power to evict what no longer serves my progress. So I created The Move Out. For me. And the people.”
